Return and Exchanges

RETURN
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within the last 14 days of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for an $8.00 restocking fee unless the buyer receives damaged or defective item(s).
- The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.
- Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.
- After your item(s) are inspected by the warehouse, your refund will be processed and applied within 7 business days. Depending on your bank it may take an additional 3-5 business days for refunds to be posted in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to company error.
EXCHANGE
- Exchanges are welcome if you receive a defective product.

Return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color.
- Items must be in new condition and customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Store credit may also be issued if you are not satisfied with your size and a size exchange is not possible due to stock non-availability.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Worn items
- Items marked as final sale.
- Discounted Items.
- Discounted items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
- Items that are beyond 30 days from purchase.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to company error.
FINAL SALE
- Sale merchandise and clearance items are ALL FINAL SALES and cannot be returned or exchanged.
