Good Times: The Animated Reboot

Hey, have you heard? ITS ANOTHER REMAKE. Netflix is resurrecting the legendary Good Times, but this time, in animated glory, and it's crashing onto your screens on Friday, April 12th! Norman Lear's beloved classic is getting a comedic makeover, and trust me, it's going to be a riot!
Now, get ready to meet the fresh faces of the Evans family: J.B. Smoove is revving up as the cab-driving guru, Reggie Evans, while the fabulous Yvette Nicole Brown is his eternal optimist of a wife, Beverly. Jay Pharoah is channeling his inner art prodigy as their teenage son, Junior, alongside Marsai Martin, who's taking the reins as the activist daughter, Grey. Oh, and let's not forget about Gerald "Slink" Johnson as the infant entrepreneur, Dalvin, and Rashida "Sheedz" Olayiwola, who's ruling the lash game as Lashes by Lisa.

In this animated adventure, the Evans clan is still hustling to make ends meet in Chicago's final housing projects. Reggie's gripping the wheel, Beverly's shooting for the stars, Junior's sketching his way through life, Grey's fighting the good fight, and Dalvin? Well, he's got his own little side hustle brewing.
Get ready for a rollercoaster of laughs and love as they tackle life's hurdles while duking it out with a system hell-bent on keeping them down. But in the Evans household, love always reigns supreme, even if it means stepping on a few toes along the way.

With heavyweights like Lear's Act III Productions, Steph Curry's Unanimous Media, Seth MacFarlane's Fuzzy Door, and Sony Pictures Television on board, you know this is going to be one wild ride. You can binge-watch all ten episodes of Good Times on Netflix starting April 12th!
