Beyoncé Unveils Her New Venture: SirDavis Whisky

Beyoncé, already successful with her hair-care line Cécred and clothing brand Ivy Park, is now venturing into spirits with SirDavis Whisky. Named after her great-grandfather, Davis Hogue, a Prohibition-era moonshiner, the whisky pays homage to her family legacy and love for Japanese whisky.

SirDavis Whisky is crafted in Texas and is a collaboration with Moët Hennessy, marking their first entirely U.S.-developed spirit. Dr. Bill Lumsden, a renowned Master Distiller, designed the whisky with a 51% rye and 49% malted barley mash bill, resulting in a smooth, spicy, and subtly sweet flavor. SirDavis has already won Best in Class for American Whisky at the 2023 SIP Awards.

The bottle, designed with Beyoncé’s signature style, features sleek curves, ribbed glass, and a bronzed horse medallion. SirDavis Whisky retails for $89 USD and is available for pre-order on SirDavis.com, with a release in September 2024 across select U.S. and international locations.
